Today on our ride from La Roche

La Roche? not roche du ham - went walking there today 3 hrs and just missed the rain!!! looks nice whereever it is

Georgie, you could have mentioned the fact that you had a "triffid" wrapped around your neck, when I just rode off and left you.

Scarlet we were there for several hours, in "glorious" sunshine by the time we got back the car park was nearly full, with walkers

you and azaria are obviously in a parallel universe. we got to chapelle at 11.20 and it was deserted. we walked all the way to roche du ham along the river bank- cloudy and cool , and passed 1 fisherman and 1 cyclist. got to the top (via the direct climb up the side of the cliff) and there was one person in the car park. it was cold, no sun and very windy. headed back to chapelle and saw 1 car the whole way and were followed by very black rainclouds . got back to car at just after 2 pm and the heavens opened. chapelle itself completlety deserted.
as i say...... you inhabit a different universe......!!!!!!!!
going to go out today with oscar - raining at present but hopefully will settle.
