Regular help with horses near Le Teilleul

We are moving our horses(and cats) to France(50) sometime during October. We have had a roller coaster of a ride with our house sale but may be on for completion mid-October.  Failing that we aim to move regardless by the end of October.
We are looking for a knowledgable and reliable horsey person to do a regular slot twice a week and cover for long weekends about once a month. My husband will be in France pretty much full time but I am weekly commuting for the time being. My husband can handle the horses but is not very knowledgable so....we would want someone to come and muck out and check over the horses twice a week. We have 3 horses, Lilly (20 and arthritic) Sophie (12 but lame at the moment on and off) and Obe (or Oberon 4 backed but not much more) ... We may be interested in at least Obe being exercised as well and Sophie if she comes sound. We also would be looking for cover for long weekends about once a month....so twice a day visit to feed, muck out and check over. This would be by arrangement from Friday night to Monday night.
