3 year old thoroughbred with wobblers

My sister just phoned me, her brother in law bought a foal
3 years ago, he paid 8000 euros for him, he had him trained
and he was going to be a flat racer, he's just been diagnosed with wobblers
He was going for slaughter, my sister managed to talk him out of it
and he's prepared to give him free to a good home
Any kind people out there? he's in Granville

Has he looked into the op they can have??? if he has a chance of making it there is an op that uses titanium in the vertiebra to fuse it and make them strong again. Some horses respond really well and not only return to work but to winning!

Just a thought - although i'm sure they will have checked out the options. Sure these things aren't cheap!

There are treatments though - but no cure.
