richardson excel french reg trailer for sale

This is a quality horse trailer in which the horses travel facing backwards see following for full spec.(go to trailers click on Richardson options and then scroll down to the excel model)

The trailer is fully registered for use in France (no mean feat!) and in excellent condition.
I have no reason for selling other than it does not have enough use to justify keeping it.
Purchased in 2005 but used a handful of times. One side has had the breast bar adjusted to accommodate a 12hh pony but this can be readjusted to horse size.

Hi,
This is a bit cheeky I know, but could you give me some tips
about registering trailer over here. I have a very old richardson -
still perfectly functional as i renovated it completely a few years ago.

It
doesnt get used that often but I have now got to the stage that I would
like to try and register it here but I have no idea where to start, and
from various comments i gather it is not a simple task, surprise,
surprise!

It has bee suggested that I register it as a historic vehicle.
