| With thanks to Felicity for the following info If anyone knows of a badly treated equine.  I have been involved a lot recently with the League for Protection of Horses (League Francaise pout la Protection du Cheval)  They are amazing and very well organised and will look into any reported abuse almost immediately and will take action if needed.  They have delegates for each area so if you look on http://www.lfpc.asso.fr/ you will be able to find your local delegate or director of your zone if you click on 'Qui sommes nous' and then an the next page 'pour joindre un directeur de Zone'. In Normandie Monsieur Gambie 0233616200 is the main person to report any abuse to.  The best thing is to take some photos without the owners knowing in case the owners try to hide the animal when contacted.  ZONE 4
