How do I change her name officially?

Hi 1of the little welsh I just rescued has been given an awfull name....


It translates in English as ' unimportant' probably because she was going for meat.

She has only the pink & White no pedigee papers with her chip number.
I have to give them in at the hara, I noticed on another line that they had crossed out a mistake & re-written
something, so I wonder since there is enough room for a short name if I could just do the same?

Any ideas on a nice name for a small welsh back mare? We thought of gwen but it means White/fair in welsh!

If I have to do it officially in some way anyone know the cost? I absolutely refuse to call any living thing unimportant'!
