New Registration of all Equine owners.

If you are not already aware keepers of horses have to register with Institute francais du cheval et de l'equitatione SIRE by 27 January 2011.
The page below gives all the details and where you don't have to register ie a horse at livery. Registration by paper or on-line.

Thanks for the reminder, if you own a horse with a SIRE no you are already listed, but you still must comfirm !!

Well the are obviously doing registered studs first, I have a business card left by an inspector regarding this, I wasn't in.
